Exchange & Replacement Policy

We offer exchange/replacement only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

To request an exchange or replacement:

Contact us within 24–48 hours after delivery.

Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Return Policy

Currently, we do not offer returns for reasons like:

Change of mind

Color expectations

Minor design variations

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Please check product details and size information carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only if:

The ordered product is unavailable

A damaged/wrong product cannot be replaced

The order is cancelled before shipping

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Used or washed products
